There’s something so luscious about raspberries and chocolate. Fruit and chocolate mixtures have never disappointed but like strawberries and chocolate, raspberries are right up there with my top favorites! I love to make extraordinary desserts but sometimes I need a quick and easy dessert to whip up that still make you drool in presentation and flavor. The cute mini dessert glasses are layered with soft brownie bites with chocolate in various forms and fresh raspberries. These mini brownie trifles with raspberries and chocolate are totally the ultimate party dessert. They are: Can we just talk about these cute dessert glasses for a sec? I love these glasses as they are the perfect size for bringing to parties. I also love to make single-serving desserts as they are perfect portions to satisfy a sweet tooth. It helps me practice self-control… but who am I kidding. I ate at least 3 in one sitting. ;P These mini desserts are so versatile as they would be a perfect Valentine’s Day dessert or any romantic occasion like an anniversary, or dare I say Mother’s Day? But really these are simple enough to make for any occasion or celebration. Layered desserts in clear glasses really provide such a stylish way to display your dessert for any party. You can make your own brownies, use a brownie mix, or buy some already made at the grocery store for these to be whipped up in a pinch! Not only are these mini desserts simple but you can easily change them to suit your needs depending on the ingredients you have on hand. Don’t have chocolate pudding but have chocolate syrup? Still works. Only have raspberry preserves instead of fresh raspberries? A-ok! I love that you can make these mini trifles in different ways using basically the same base ingredients. Here are few different options you can add into your trifle: I layered them two different ways but you can use any of the options below including making up your own! Each ingredient is in order from bottom layer to the top layer. I decided to make option 2 and 3. My favorite was option 3. Option 2 with the pudding was delicious but I didn’t think it provided enough raspberry flavor. If you are looking for just a hint of raspberry. This is your go to trifle layering option. Although I think adding the chocolate raspberry ganache to it would be super delicious. I can’t wait to try some of the other options I listed. You just want to make sure you add a good amount of raspberry to the chocolate proportions. You want a nice balance in the chocolate raspberry flavors. These can easily be switched out with other fruits or desserts to make your trifle. You can just make a brownie parfait if you prefer without any fruit at all. Need more delicious recipes?
