Ingredients

• 1 lb carrots peeled and sliced
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter unsalted
• 1/2 tsp salt
• drizzle of honey
• parlsey

Instructions

1. Peel and slice carrots. In a medium pot, bring to boil carrots in 1 1/2 cup water.

2. Boil for 8-10 mins. until tender.

3. Turn off heat. drain most of water but leave just a little.

4. Add in brown sugar, salt and butter. Stir.

5. Pour into serving dish, top with drizzle of honey or maple syrup and parsley.
