Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat slightly melted butter and both sugars until smooth. Add in egg, vanilla and cream.
Beat in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough onto baking pan about 1.5in apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool on baking pan for 3-5 minutes before moving on to cooling rack.
