A moist dense buttery pound cake filled with chocolate chips and topped with a creamy chocolate frosting.
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bundt pan and set aside
In a large bowl, cream softened butter, oil, granulated and brown sugar. Beat for 2-3 mins.
Add in eggs one at a time and combine.
Next, add in sour cream and vanilla extract. Set aside.
In a small/medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt)
Now, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, add half at a time mixing thoroughly in between.
Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 40-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
