Pre-heat oven to 350F. Use cupcake liners or grease your pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add dry ingredients. (oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, salt) whisk to combine.
Add milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and whisk or stir to combine.
Add blueberries. Be gentle when stirring or whisking until mixed.
Bake for 22-27 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
These freeze well and reheat beautifully so you can make them in bulk. . Freeze for up to 3 months.
