Vanilla Sprinkle cookies Super easy, super soft cookies made with pudding mix. Its full of vanilla goodness and loaded with sprinkles making it one of the best cookies ever.

Vanilla Pudding Sprinkle Cookies

For a soft, sweet cookie full of flavor and sprinkles :)

Ingredients

  • 10 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.75 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, add butter and sugar. beat together with mixer until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add in egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt. Mix together until fully combined. Stir in pudding mix.

  3. Add in flour slowly until combined. Finally stir in sprinkles. 

  4. Shape dough into balls. I used a tablespoon sized scoop to form balls. Place on cookie sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart.

  5. Optional- add a few extra sprinkles on top. Gently press them into the dough. 

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
